Ken Keys has developed a remarkable application, based on his extensive practical knowledge of the removals and storage industry gained during his 30 years of involvement.
The technology dramatically improves the accuracy and transparency of the information required to manage the movement of household goods across the street or across the world. It also facilitates the internal communication of moving data, where consignments of goods often move interstate and internationally. This in itself is a major advance for an industry that to date has relied on manual data collection and recording of details associated with the movement of furniture and effects.
But Ken has added another layer to the effectiveness of RELMS – by facilitating the graphical display of how each item of furniture or type of goods
will be packed and transported. The communication improvement that this makes for potential customers is enormous and is unique in my experience.
