Jobs that have been won are automatically transferred by RelMS to the RelMS Invent software hosted on the PocketPC of the mover/removalist.
Overview
All the inventory details captured at initial survey are transferred to RelMS Invent. The mover checks each item in this room by room inventory as they are loaded for shipment. The condition of each item is marked using a configurable dropdown list. Photographs may be taken of any special items directly on the PocketPC device and linked to the inventory item. This aids greatly in resolving insurance claims for transit damage.
Upon completion of the loading of shipment, the updated inventory information is synchronised remotely with the RelMS central server.
